Cancellation policy and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer under the German Civil Code (BGB) § 13, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of the contract.
It does not start to run before you receive this textual instruction.

by means of a clear statement (eg letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the declaration on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund any payments we have received from you.
In the case of cancellation, you must return all services that you have received from us until the cancellation.
If the return of a service is by its nature excluded, if any used construction materials can not be removed without destruction, you will have to pay compensation for their value.
